What does Ashar Advisory do?
Ashar Advisory sets up AI inside small businesses using tools that already exist. Over 30 days we configure the tools, connect them to the email, calendar and CRM you already pay for, write the prompts and instructions your business runs on, set up your website in a GitHub repository you own, and train your team to run all of it. We do not build custom software and we do not resell subscriptions — we make off-the-shelf tools work for your specific business.
How long does it take, and what do I actually get?
Thirty days. Week one we map where your time goes and write a one-page plan. Week two we connect your systems and set up voice dictation. Week three we write your prompt library and instruction pack, and set up your website and GitHub. Week four we launch three to five automations and train you plus one staff member. On day 30 you have a triaged inbox with drafted replies, quotes generated in minutes, a website you can edit yourself, and a written playbook your team can follow.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. Most of our clients have never written a line of code and do not want to. We explain everything in plain language, write down every step, and train the person who will actually do the work. If a recommendation cannot be explained without jargon, it is the wrong recommendation.
What AI tools do you actually set up?
Tools that are already proven and widely available, rather than custom software. That typically means Claude and ChatGPT for writing and analysis, Claude Cowork for connected multi-step work, coding assistants such as Claude Code or Codex for websites and small internal tools, Whisper or Wispr Flow for voice dictation and transcription, GitHub for hosting your website, and the automation already built into your email, CRM and scheduling systems.
Do you charge for the software, or do I pay for it?
You pay for it, directly to the vendor, in accounts you own. We do not resell software, mark it up, or take vendor commissions. A typical small business spends roughly $20 to $100 a month on subscriptions depending on which tools they choose, and we tell you what each one costs before you sign up for anything.
Can I keep doing this myself after you leave?
That is the point. Everything we build is documented, and the prompt library, instruction pack and website all live in accounts you control. We train you and one staff member during the setup, and most people are making their own changes by the end of the first month. Nothing stops working if you stop paying us.
How much does it cost to work with Ashar Advisory?
There is a one-time fee for the 30-day setup, then an optional monthly plan sized to your team to keep it running as the tools change. A lower-cost membership gives you the course library, prompt templates and a monthly group call with no setup required, and what you pay credits against a setup later. The newsletter and everything published on this site are free. Figures are being finalised — ask on a free call and you will get a straight number.
Where is Ashar Advisory located, and do you work remotely?
Ashar Advisory is based in Irvine, California and works with small businesses everywhere. Most work happens remotely by video call and screen share. In-person sessions and workshops are available across Orange County, including Irvine, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Orange, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Tustin.
