Ashar AdvisoryAI for Everyone

Services

One setup. Then we keep it running.

There is one way to work with us and it is deliberately simple. Every client starts with the same fixed 30-day setup, because a monthly plan has to have something underneath it to maintain. After that you pick a plan sized to your team. If you are not ready for either, the membership gets you the library and the monthly call with no setup at all.

Prices are published, on purpose. Almost everyone in this market hides them behind a “book a free audit” button. You should be able to work out whether this is affordable before you spend twenty minutes on a call. Software subscriptions are extra and paid by you directly to the vendor — see below.

The AutoPilot Setup

30 days

One fixed engagement: in 30 days we set up the tools that already exist, connect them to the systems you already use, write the prompts and instructions your business runs on, and hand you a website you can edit yourself. You own every account and every file at the end.

What you have on day 30

  • Your inbox triaged every morning, with replies drafted for you to approve
  • Quotes and proposals generated in minutes
  • Your own website in your own GitHub repository — you edit it by describing the change
  • A month of social posts scheduled
  • A prompt library written for your services, your voice and your customers
  • A written playbook your team can follow without you

Our guaranteeIf your first three automations are not live and working on day 30, we keep going at no extra charge until they are.

The method

Assess, Plan, Implement, Optimize

Four steps over 30 days, then ongoing. Each one has a fixed timing and a named thing you end up holding — so you always know what you have paid for and what comes next.

  1. Week 1

    Assess

We spend 90 minutes finding out where your week actually goes — not where you think it goes.

    • A 90-minute working session, screen shared, walking through a normal week
    • Every recurring task written down: email, quotes, scheduling, invoicing, posting, chasing
    • We time the ones that repeat and count the ones that quietly get forgotten
    • No tool recommendations yet — this step is only about what the work actually is

What that looks likeFor a contractor this usually surfaces something like: quoting looks like four hours a week, but every quote also triggers two or three follow-ups nobody is tracking, so the real figure is closer to seven — and roughly one quote in five never gets chased at all.

You end up withA workflow map of your business, and your top five automation candidates ranked by hours returned.

  2. End of week 1

    Plan

You get a one-page plan in plain English before anyone builds anything.

    • Which three to five automations we build, in priority order
    • What each one gives back, in hours per week
    • What it costs, and what it explicitly does not include
    • What we are not going to automate, and why

What that looks likeA plan might read: build inbox triage first, because it returns the most hours and touches nothing risky. Build the quote generator second. Leave invoicing alone until the bookkeeping process itself is fixed — automating it now would only make a broken process faster.

You end up withA one-page written plan. It is yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.

  3. Weeks 2–4

    Implement

We set it up with you over three weeks, in your own accounts, using tools you keep paying for directly.

    • Week 2 — Connect: AI installed and connected to your email, calendar, files and CRM. Voice dictation set up so you can talk instead of type. Every account is created in your name, on your card.
    • Week 3 — Instruct: we write your Business Instruction Pack and prompt library — your voice, services, pricing, FAQs, customer types, and how you reply to things. This is what makes the output sound like you rather than like a chatbot.
    • Week 3 — Your website: we set up GitHub and a deploy pipeline so your site lives in a repository you own, and you change it by describing what you want. No agency, no monthly website fee, no waiting a week for a price change.
    • Week 4 — Automate and train: three to five workflows go live, and you plus one staff member learn the three habits that make it stick — talk, don't type; delegate the whole task, not one sentence; review, don't write.

What that looks likeTypical launch workflows: morning inbox triage with replies drafted for approval, a quote and proposal generator, a month of social posts in one sitting, follow-up sequences that fire on their own, and meeting prep briefs. Plus the website: say "add the new service and update the pricing table" and push the change yourself.

You end up withA connected workspace, your Instruction Pack and prompt library, a live website in your own GitHub repository, three to five working automations, a recorded training session, and printed cheat sheets.

  4. Ongoing

    Optimize

These tools change every month. Keeping you current is the job.

    • A new automation added each month
    • Instruction and prompt tuning as your business changes
    • Group office hours — bring a real problem from your week and we work it live
    • Tool-update alerts, so you hear about a change that affects you from us first
    • A quarterly review of what is working and what quietly stopped being used

What that looks likeWhen a tool you depend on changes how it handles email permissions, you should not find out because your morning triage silently stopped running. Watching for that is what the monthly plan is actually for.

You end up withA monthly plan sized to your team, month to month.

After the setup

A monthly plan sized to your team

These tools change constantly, and an automation that quietly breaks is worse than one you never built. The monthly plan is what keeps the thing you paid to build actually working — plus a new automation every month. Month to month, cancel anytime.

Starter

Solo owners and teams of one to three.

$399

Per month, cancel anytime. Or $3,990 a year — two months free.

  • Monthly group office hours
  • One new automation every month
  • Instruction and prompt updates as your business changes
  • Tool-update alerts
  • Member community access

Growth

Teams of roughly three to fifteen.

$999

Per month, cancel anytime. Or $9,990 a year — two months free.

  • Everything in Starter
  • Two private working sessions a month
  • Two to three new automations a month
  • We maintain your social and website system
  • A quarterly roadmap review

Scale

Fifteen-plus staff, or multi-location.

$2,500

Per month, cancel anytime. Or $25,000 a year — two months free.

  • Everything in Growth
  • A weekly working session
  • Custom agents for CRM, quoting, dispatch or intake
  • Staff training as your team grows
  • A fractional AI operations lead

You own everything either way. The automations, the instruction pack, the prompts and the documentation all live in accounts you control, and nothing stops working if you stop paying.

Not ready for a setup?

Start with the membership instead

Some people want to learn this themselves before handing it to anyone. The membership is built for exactly that: no setup, no project, no minimum commitment — and what you pay comes off the setup price if you later decide you would rather we did it.

No setup required

Membership

The way in without a project. You get the course library, the template library, and the same monthly group call our clients attend — and everything you pay comes off the setup price if you go on to do one.

  • The full course library — prompting, voice-first working, connecting email and CRM, building your own site, social, proposals, meeting notes, document intake, and safety
  • The prompt and instruction template library, updated as tools change
  • The monthly group office-hours call — the same one our clients are on
  • A recording and written summary of every call, so missing one costs you nothing
  • Early access to webinars, plus the replay library
  • A member rate on workshops

It comes off the setupEverything you pay in your first six months comes off the price of a setup — up to $594 against the $2,500. If you join, learn what you need, and never hire us, that is a fine outcome too.

What we do not do

Being clear about this saves everyone a call.

  • Tax, legal, or financial advice. We provide technology and operations advisory only. We can help a business that has those needs use AI well, but the advice itself comes from a licensed professional.
  • Hourly work. Everything is a fixed setup and a monthly plan. Hourly billing rewards slowness and makes you hesitate before asking a question.
  • Building your product for you. If software is the thing your business sells, you need a development team, not an advisor.
  • Selling you software you do not need. We take no vendor commissions and resell nothing. Most setups run on tools you already pay for.
  • Automating something that should not be automated. Sometimes a process needs fixing before any tool will help. Automating it first just makes a broken process faster, and we will say so before you spend anything.

What the tools cost, and who pays for them

Software subscriptions are paid by you, directly to the vendor. We set up and configure tools inside accounts you own — we do not resell software, mark it up, or take vendor commissions. Expect a realistic running cost of roughly $20–$100 a month for a small business, depending on which tools you choose. We will tell you what each one costs before you sign up for anything.

Questions about working together

Why is there a setup fee instead of just a monthly plan?
Because a monthly plan maintains something, and that something has to exist first. The setup is where the work happens — configuring the tools, connecting your systems, writing your prompt library, setting up your website, and building the automations. A monthly plan with nothing underneath it would be a subscription to nothing. Setup comes first, and a plan afterwards is optional.
What is a Business Instruction Pack?
A written file describing your business to an AI: your voice, your services, your pricing, your FAQs, your customer types, and how you reply to things. It is the difference between output that sounds like a generic chatbot and output that sounds like you wrote it. We write it during week three of the setup, and it belongs to you.
You set up my website in GitHub — what does that actually mean?
Your website lives in a code repository you own, rather than on a platform that charges you monthly and holds your content. We set up the repository, the site itself, and the deployment pipeline, then teach you to change it by describing what you want and publishing the change yourself. No agency, no ticket queue, and no waiting a week for a price update.
Why does owning the repository matter?
Because nobody can hold your website hostage. The code, the content and the full history are yours, hosted where you choose, and any developer can pick it up. Businesses on closed website platforms routinely find they cannot export their site, cannot make a small change without paying, and cannot leave without rebuilding from scratch.
Do I need to learn to code to edit my own website?
No. You describe the change in plain English to a coding assistant, review what it did, and publish. We set the whole pipeline up during the setup and train you on it. If you can write an email describing what you want changed, you can make the change.
What are prompts and skills, and why do you build a library?
A prompt is the instruction you give an AI to get a specific job done. A skill is a reusable prompt, saved so it runs the same way every time. Most people get poor results because they retype a new request from scratch each time. We write a library for the jobs your business actually repeats — quoting, follow-up, hiring, customer replies, social posts, weekly reporting — so the output is consistent and anyone on your team can run it.
How long does a setup take?
Thirty days from the first working session, structured across four weeks. The pace depends mainly on how quickly your team can make time for the training sessions, not on the technical work.
What happens after the 30 days?
You own everything — the automations, the prompt library, the instruction pack, the website repository and the documentation, all in accounts you control. Most clients continue on a monthly plan because these tools change constantly and a workflow that quietly breaks is worse than one you never built. But nothing stops working if you stop paying.
How is the membership different from a monthly plan?
The membership requires no setup and involves no work inside your business — it is the course library, the prompt template library, and a monthly group call. A monthly plan comes after a setup and includes hands-on work: new automations built for you, instruction tuning, and private sessions. Membership fees paid in your first six months come off the price of a setup.
Do you build custom software?
Not as a service. We set up and configure tools that already exist, and during a setup we will build small internal tools with coding assistants where nothing off-the-shelf fits — a quote calculator, a script that reformats an export, a simple internal tracker. If software is the product your business sells, you need a development team rather than an advisor.
Do you work with businesses outside Orange County?
Yes. Ashar Advisory works with small businesses anywhere in the United States, and almost all of the work happens over video call and screen share. In-person sessions are available throughout Orange County.
What if the automations do not work?
If your first three automations are not live and working on day 30, we keep going at no extra charge until they are. We also tell you before you spend anything if we think AI is the wrong answer for a particular process — sometimes the honest recommendation is to fix the process first.
